EPI-72 Technical Sales Representative - Drilling Fluids

 

• Responsible for selling and marketing drilling fluids to oil and gas producers.
• Work to develop new marketing and sales strategies.
• Work closely with corporate clients to ensure corporate requirements of drilling programs are met.
• Assist in and eventually conduct product presentations to corporate and field level clients.
• Respond to and accurately analyze client inquiries about drilling fluids services.
• Provide personal sales and operations reports to management.
• Attend all training as required and available.
• Represent company and its affiliations in a proper and professional manner.

•  A Bachelor of Science degree with Chemistry major or a Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering degree is required.
• A NAIT/SAIT graduate with a technical diploma in either discipline is appropriate.
• Previous drilling fluid experience is essential.
• Drilling operations knowledge and experience required.
• Minimum 3 years marketing or sales experience necessary. Field sales experience is suitable.
• A network of contacts in the oil and gas market would be deemed an asset.
• Exceptional PC Skills required to develop professional presentations.

EPI-82 Junior Well Test Analyst

   

• Pressure transient analysis of well tests conducted on gas/oil/water wells.
• Provide comprehensive reports of well test analysis to clients.
• Submit well test reports to regulatory bodies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology.
• Up to 5 years of pressure transient analysis experience with a clear understanding of theory as well as practical knowledge.
• Field experience is an asset.

• Good knowledge of completion techniques, production testing and wireline operations is an asset.
• Good knowledge of the F.A.S.T. WellTest™ software program or other well test analysis software is an asset.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

EPI-99 Junior/ Intermediate Reservoir Engineer

• Conventional and unconventional gas field development.
• Primary oil depletion, waterfloods, acid gas injection, and CO2 sequestration.
• Numerical simulation and reserves evaluation in a wide range of reservoir engineering projects.
• Report to the Manager of Reservoir Engineering

• 0 – 3 years Oil & Gas industry experience, including new graduates.
• Minimum Bachelors degree in engineering (petroleum or related).
• Reservoir simulation experience would be an asset.
• Registration with, or qualifications for registration with, APEGGA

• High degree of self-motivation and exceptional analytical skills.

EPI-100 Reservoir Engineer

• Reservoir engineering of a wide range of projects including conventional and tight gas, primary oil depletion, waterfloods, acid gas injection.
• Analytical determination of volumes-in-place and reservoir parameters.
• Construction of dynamic reservoir model.
• Numerical simulation including history matching and production forecast scenarios.
• Participation on research projects into shale gas, CO2 sequestration and gas hydrates.
• Work on multiple projects in Canada and Internationally
• Accountable for ensuring the engineering work is value oriented for our clients, completed effectively and efficiently for integration with other disciplines, and is technically excellent.
• Conferencing with clients to define project objects, timeline and resources and to present interim and final results.
• Supervision of 1 – 3 engineering staff.

• Onshore wells, including critical sour, HPHT, and thermal well operations
• Offshore wells, including deepwater, sub-salt, subsea and dry tree developments
• Completion design, including perforation, stimulation, sand control, and smart well technology
• Artificial lift, including gas lift and ESP's
• Well design, including casing and tubing weight and grade specification, connection and metallurgical requirements
• Offshore well test planning and supervision

• University degree in Engineering
• APEGGA membership is an asset
• a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience
• Experience in one or more of the above areas is desired
• Some exposure to offshore operations desired
